Due to the end of funding, the On Track program is now closed to new referrals. If you would like to register interest in future trials, please e-mail us at ontrack@qut.edu.au or call 1300 300 164. If you are currently experiencing the symptoms of depression we recommend that you see your GP for a full medical check-up and to discuss treatment options. Your GP may suggest anti-depressant medication. You can also refer to our Practical Strategies or to the Suggested Links.

"We call this program On Track©. It is not for people who are depressed right now - those people need to see their General Practitioner or health service, or look up the internet for other ways to get help. The On Track© program is for people who have been depressed at least three times in the past and want to get their life on track and stay well."

- Program Supervisor Professor David Kavanagh
