ONTRACK PROGRAM
OnTrack provides information and treatment programs for a variety of mental health concerns. OnTrack was developed by a research group led by Professor David Kavanagh at the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation at Queensland University of Technology.
The first program to be made available is OnTrack Alcohol & Depression, and is a treatment program for people with low moods, who also drink alcohol at risky levels. The program focuses on practical things people can do to make things better.
OnTrack Alcohol & Depression is currently open for registration. It is best suited for people who:
- Drink alcohol at risky levels (>14 drinks a week)
- Have low or depressed mood
- Are aged 18 years or over
- Are Australian residents
- Are prepared to obtain medical support if needed

Other programs soon to be available are:
OnTrack Depression – to prevent recurrance of depression and aid recovery
OnTrack Alcohol – for risky drinking, alcohol abuse or alcohol dependence
OnTrack Families & Friends – supports relatives and friends of people with a mental disorder
OnTrack Get Real – for people with hallucinations or delusions
